Please remember that this is a dog exercise paddock rather than a playground. Children should not play on the equipment, climb fences or gates, or play with the water barrel. The ground may also contain uneven areas, such as molehills, divots, small rabbit holes, and occasionally dog waste.

Parents or guardians are responsible for making sure children behave safely and remain under supervision at all times while on site. The paddock operators accept no responsibility for injuries to children using the facility.

How do I book a slot?

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.

Is the field escape proof?

While we carry out regular checks of the field, we cannot guarantee that it is completely escape proof. A determined dog may still find a way out. Small gaps can occasionally appear under gates, and rabbit or other burrowing animal holes may quickly develop along the fence line, which could create a potential escape route, particularly for smaller dogs.

We strongly recommend that you check the field yourself on arrival to ensure it is suitable for your own dogs, and remain vigilant if your dogs are diggers or known escape artists.

If you notice any issues with the fencing or perimeter, please let us know immediately so they can be addressed as quickly as possible.

Is there a water supply?

Yes, there is a water barrel provided in the paddock so dogs can have a drink and stay hydrated during their visit. Please note that there is no tap or running water available on site. Hand sanitiser is also provided for visitors to use.

What should I do in an emergency?

If you notice any damaged fencing or hazards, please report them immediately so they can be addressed as soon as possible.

In the event of an emergency, you should first secure your dogs safely, then contact emergency services if necessary.

What if I arrive late?

Unfortunately, sessions cannot be extended for late arrivals. Users must leave at their scheduled time.

What if the weather is bad? Will I get a refund?

Sessions normally run in all weather conditions. However, the paddock may close if conditions become unsafe, such as in cases of flooding, severe ice, or unsafe ground conditions.

If the paddock has to close due to these circumstances, customers will be offered either a refund or the option to rebook their session.
